Anyone found to be using my artwork for the activities listed above will be blacklisted.*
personalrepublishing and/or editing of the image without permission is not allowed.any usage rights not exclusively transferred are reserved to the artist, meaning that these pieces will be displayed on the artist's portfolio, social media, and merchandise.the commissioner is free to use the image for personal usage only (icons, wallpapers, print for personal use, etc)
commercialcommissioner will be subject to additional fee of +100% of original cost for commercial usage.please specify how the image will be used when placing order.
commissioner is permitted to use image for specified intention only.depending on the situation, any additional usage of the image added later may require additional funds.
merch: artist has right to a portion of any and all profits made through the usage of the commissioned image, starting at 5% royalties, unless the copyright is bought.please inquire for more information.
character design terms of serviceartist must be told how the design will be used.the base and/or official design of the character cannot be altered without the artist's permission.commissioner must let artist know if the design will be used for something else, including but not limited to merchandise production. artist has the right to a portion of any and all profits made through the usage of the commissioned design and/or image, starting at 5% royalties.general tos applies. see below for copyright terms.

as stated above, commissioners are purchasing the rights to the permitted usage of an image when commissioning the artist, not the copyright or ownership of the image.

there will be two (2) invoices in total:
1. pre-payment: 1/3 or 1/2 of the payment, nonrefundable. required to begin sketch/designing process.
2. final payment: the remaining amount. required to have access to the unwatermarked final image.

standard working processartist will work from the references sent to them.changes are allowed during the sketching process; changes after coloring has begun/finished are free of charge up to three changes, and will require additional payment after that. major alterations will be charged accordingly.
character design processcommissioner must provide adequate reference material for the design, especially if there is an aesthetic, style, or specific design characteristic they have in mind.I, the artist, will provide three basic silhouette sketches for the client to choose from; upon refining the chosen silhouette sketches, there will be up to two chances for the client to request changes. commissioner must state all details they'd like changed at this time--prices will go up accordingly afterwards. major aesthetic style changes at this point will be charged as the price of a new design.if design outfit includes many layers, and commissioner would like a design with removed layers to the point it completely strays from the original silhouette, it will be counted as a new design, and will be charged accordingly.
